The Guardians Structure

Clan Master

The Clan Master is first in command, and is the administrator, leader and guide of Guardians.

The Clan Master as a leader is responsible for the welfare of his people.

Marshall

The Marshall helps the Clan Master in their tasks, second in command.

Marshall is responsible for battle orders, strategy and tactics.

Marshall ensures that battle preparation is coordinated properly to the Majors and Captains

During Battle, only Marshall will give orders coming from the Clan Master or himself/herself to Major and Captains.

Major / Captains

Ø      Followed the orders from the Clan Master/ Marshal at all cost

Ø      Ensure all Guardians are prepared before the battle

Ø      Ensure all instructions were followed during the battle

Elder

Make up a think-tank for the leadership of Guardian, but are placed outside the chain of command.

Delivers input and insight to Clan Master for the welfare of the Guardians.
