Rules and Conduct
1. All of the following rules are to be followed by all members of this clan regardless of their rank or length of
membership.
Ø There are NO exceptions to these rules.
Ø No other officer of any rank has the authority to override one of these rules or to
make exceptions for others.
Ø If you are found to be in violation of any of these rules, you may be asked to leave
the clan immediately.
2. Guardians are strongly cautioned against causing conflicts.
Ø We do not start conflicts - we finish them. If conflict is brought to us, then react
in any way you feel appropriate and you may count on your Guardians brothers and sisters to back you up.
3. The Guardians have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for cheating, hacking, exploiting, or grief play.
Ø Any members found to behave in such a manner will be IMMEDIATELY and PERMANENTLY ejected
from Guardians.
Ø We do not even allow the discussion of cheats, as in where to find them or how to
use them.
Ø We consider cheating or hacking among the highest crimes one may commit against this
clan and will result in your being permanently banned from membership in the Guardians.
Ø If you discover a cheat, or know of someone cheating, report it privately to the Clan
Master.
4. All Guardians are to utilize the chain of command whenever possible.
Ø See the Rank Structure for details on the positions you should be requesting assistance
of and the Live Roster for the names of the people holding these positions and their contact info.
Ø All Guardians are eligible for the opportunity to be promoted, however the creation
of this opportunity is entirely up to the individual.
Ø If you want a promotion then you must prove yourself.
Ø "No freebies, no palakasan". Consideration for promotion depends on several factors:
ü Dedication to the clan,
ü Following the rules/chain of command
ü Leadership qualities
ü Maturity level
ü Active Participation in the Territorial War
ü Ability to work with and lead a team.
Ø Popularity doesn’t even register on the radar in this one so don’t even
think about kissing ass, it may actually hurt your chances.
Ø Nobody in this clan will receive special treatment, regardless of their age, color,
religion, sex (or how often), relationships (whether real life friend or mate), rank, or fame points.
Ø Everyone is equal in this clan, PERIOD, some of us just have more decision-making
responsibilities.
Ø We are all bound by the same rules, regardless of any differences.
5. Guardians are expected to play in a respectable manner.
Ø We do not tolerate bad mouth talking to your opponents.
Ø It’s ok to have fun with them or taunt them a little, but being a complete ass
will not be tolerated.
6. Guardians - Attendance is a
MUST
Major is responsible for the attendance of all members; Anybody will be
offline for few days and can not attend the Territorial War will inform the Major before the said event/s. Screening of members
who are not online for few weeks will be subject for termination.
Ø During Territorial War, it’s a must that ALL Guardians must participate
Ø One of our goal is to fight and defend during Territorial War; failure to cooperate
and participate will result for termination.
7. Guardians in Battle
Ø Guardians live and die to our proverb ‘To
stand fast and firmly while in battle’
Ø Comply with the commands during Territorial War from Major and Captains
Ø Fight with honor.
8. Guardians are bind to follow the Rules and Conduct.
Ø Votes from the Major and Captains will be done for application of termination of member/s
violated the rules and conduct. Then pass to Marshall/Clan Master for the decision.
Ø Clan Master and Marshall have the right to remove anyone from this clan if this rules
and conduct are violated.
